About The Owner
Bridgette Bethke Pinder is a Minnesota cannabis entrepreneur, activist, and community builder with more than 20 years of advocacy dedicated to legalization, equity, and women’s leadership in the cannabis industry.
As the founder of Grounded Gardens, Bridgette has built a woman-owned cannabis business grounded in sustainability, stewardship, and long-term community investment. What began during the early days of Minnesota’s hemp movement has grown into a trusted cannabis retail operation focused on transparency, responsible practices, and supporting small producers. Through her leadership, Grounded Gardens has become known not only for quality products but for its commitment to education and community engagement.
Bridgette is also the founder of Ganja Galz, an initiative designed to bring women together through cannabis-centered events, creative workshops, and meaningful connection. Through this platform, she creates welcoming spaces where women can learn, network, and build confidence within an evolving industry.
Beyond her businesses, Bridgette has worked across Minnesota and throughout the United States to support cannabis reform efforts, contribute to legislative conversations, and advocate for a more equitable industry. She regularly mentors emerging entrepreneurs and new license holders, helping others navigate the complexities of building compliant and sustainable cannabis businesses.
At her core, Bridgette’s work is driven by community. As a wife and mother of two boys, she remains deeply committed to building opportunity, fostering connection, and creating lasting impact through responsible cannabis leadership and advocacy.
